EG4800 uses an innovative non-contact 1600dpi resolution print head bar system powered by Memjet which allows for high resolution detail printing on uncoated, porous fluted materials, eliminating surface impact and image degradation including dot gain and color registration issues common with traditional flexo direct print.
EG4800 single pass printing eliminates pre-press and minimizes machine down time.
* Ultra fast inkjet capable of 416 42” (106.7cm) x 24” (60.9cm) full color sheets per hour
* Corrugated flat sheets up to 5/8” (15.9mm) thick x 48” (121.9cm) wide x 8’ (2.4m) length
* Print folded and glued RSCs and Die Cut sheets
* Change jobs in seconds with no plates or cleanout
* Variable data and Personalized Printing within the same job
