UPG
LQ automatic folder gluer machine is used in folding and gluing of UV coating cartons and laminating cartons and also used in flexo printed cartons. It is with different combination for the each unit as optional by auto feeder, side register, pre-folder, crash lock unit, final folding unit, transfer unit, pressing conveyor unit, counter ejector unit and 4 & 6 corner device. JY series C model automatic folder gluer machine designed for the Europe standard. It adopt CE standard production. It is individual frame section for each unit and individual motor driving. Servo motor driving is optional. Upper and down carriers installed rail guide line moving.
Feeding Section:
● Friction feeder. Independently driven by servo motor.
● Adjustable electronic pile vibrator.
● Lateral feed gates fully adjustable to the width of the blank.
● Three adjustable front feed knives with bogies and three additional smaller sets.
● Eight feeder belts with 50mm including 4 drilled belts for suction function.
● Control panel with touch screen and buttons for all operations.
● Extendable rear pile support for long boxes.
Side Register Section:
● Independent section that registers the blank to one side ensuring a perfect parallelism before entering the pre-folding or gluing sections.
● Independently driven by servo motor.
● Possibility to register on any side of the machine.
● Line guide rail for the down carrier movement and motorized.

Pre-folding Section:
● Independently driven by servo motor.
● Line guide rail for the upper and down carrier movement.

Crash Lock Bottom Section:

● Complete set of folding hooks and helix for smooth and accurate folding of front flaps.
● Adjustable hook tension.

Transfer Section:
● Independently driven by servo motor.
● Upper and lower drive mechanism for length adjustment.

● Continuous and automatic box collection mechanism that ensures a neat transfer to the press section, guaranteeing an aligned flow.
● Line guide rail for the upper and down carrier movement.
● Motorized down carrier controlling.
Squaring Device in Transfer Section:
● Pneumatic squaring device in transfer section.
● Aluminum plates stop the box while the upper trombone belts correct any deviation on the closing. The box is released after correction.
Conveyor Pressing Section:
● Independently motorized pneumatic press section.
● Manual and Automatic mode (follow up).
● Upper belt section moves back and forward through a motorized buttons, allowing different box length.
● Down belt section moves up and down through a motorized buttons.
Pneumatic pressure regulation.
● Two carriers with transport belts allow a perfect flow of boxes moving to the pressing station and adjusted by manual or pneumatic.
● Rear stack corrector, that allows to square the boxes while falling on the lower conveyor.
Line Guide Rail:
Down and upper carriers are line guide rail with motorized adjusted.
Squaring Device for RSC Corrugated Box:
Frequency inverter motor system for the squaring patching running.
It is useful in RSC box production.
