Based on the advantage technology the machine can do the whole processing include printing, cutting, counting and collecting. The degree of automation is on leading domestic level and reaches advanced world standards.
The line insisted by automatic splicer, web-guide, printing unit, Micro perforation, Longitudinal trimming, Cross cutting, Counting, Cross transfer, Assembly, Stitching, Strip separation, Cover feeding after folding and secondary positioning, Gluing, Drying, Tape wrapping, Cutter, Marking by roller type, Corner transfer, Stratifying, Book separation positioning, Trimming, Book separation, Delivery, Control system and Driving part.
PLC is using USA AB CompactLogix and MicroLogix contoller, PowerFlex series transducer, PanelView Plus interface.
BST Web guide system, Automatic Splicer which can load 1000KG roll. Printing unit uses Whole casting structure, Ceramic Anilox Roller and Doctor blade system or Metal Anilox roller.
The machine uses environment-friendly cold glue technology. Cutting size can be changed by gear easily. In addition to the 72K, 48K and 32K size products, it’s an ideal and practical machine can bring high production efficiency and respectable economic benefits to the user since it has high performance-price ratio.
