XZY360-6FS buckle folding machine is widely applied to various printing folding, meets extremely demanding requirements of very small fold lengths and high fold quality in pharmaceutical industry, cosmetic industry and etc.

FUNCTIONS

Optional different models with eight, six, four parallel folds and one vertical knife fold, can do the second parallel folding after cross fold according to requirement.
Folding roller with new technique guarantees strong suction capacity, perfect antirust capability, and low printing ink viscidity.
Proper buckle plates ensure superior reliability of paper feed and precise folding result, the min. folding width is 25mm.
Uniquely high performance and small sheet-separating feeder.
Electrical system controlled by microcomputer.
Electrically controlled knife of photoelectric integration realizes high speed, superior reliability, and minor paper wastage.
