In mid-January 2019, UPG led their East Asian customers to visit the project of the purification workshop. The main function of the dust-free purification workshop is to control the cleanliness of the atmosphere and temperature and humidity of the products, so that the products can be produced and manufactured in a good environment space, which we call the dust-free purification workshop. The dust-free workshop mostly uses industrial aluminium as the frame, uses fan and filter unit to supply air, and uses anti-static electric drapes around the closed seam blind at the top to form a close seam area, which can reach 100-100,000 level of internal purification. It is especially suitable for areas where the cleanliness is strictly required, such as high-precision product assembly area in the assembly line operation area.
