From 24th to 25th July, all employees of Shanghai UPG and Shanghai Dayco gathered in Qingpu to participate in a two-day 2025 mid-year summary meeting. The team-building activities conducted at the same time also injected new vitality into the team.
On the first day, all members are full of excitement and anticipation. Under the guidance of professional coaches, all employees participated in the curling challenge and archery experience. In curling, everyone deeply understands the importance of ‘precise positioning and teamwork.’ Each throw requires tacit cooperation and strategic foresight among team members. The next day, the 2025 semi-annual company summary meeting was held on time. The theme of meeting was ‘Integration and Unity, Building Momentum and Empowerment, Flying High, Creating New Glory.’ It not only comprehensively reviewed the operational results and challenges of the first half of the year, but also clearly outlined the development blueprint for the second half of the year. Looking back on the first half of the year, the company's development results were positive. While acknowledging these achievements, the meeting also addressed the ‘pain points’ in development. In response to the intensifying market competition and unstable international situation, each department engaged in heated discussions and formulated a series of solutions. At the end of the meeting, the general manager delivered a summary speech, combining industry trends with the first half of the year's operating data, clarifying the core development goals for the second half of the year. Deeply cultivating existing markets, accelerating the layout of new businesses, continuously promoting digital transformation and complete the comprehensive upgrade of CRM and SCM systems.
