Introduction:
This packaging machine is suitable for drip coffee bag with outer envelope,and it is available with coffee, tea leaves, herbal tea, health care tea, roots, and other small granule products. The standard machine adopts the fully ultrasonic sealing for inner bag and heating sealing for outer bag.
Feature:
1. Oblique type screw feeder, no stuck, high accuracy and easy to adjust.
2. 3-side ultrasonic sealing, makes better packaging performance.
3. Adopts with safety guard door which protects machine better and provides the safety protection for the workers as well.
4. With special design of outer air blowing system, effectively avoided the problem of “wrinkle”.
5. Using PLC to control the action of the whole machine, display on the man-machine interface, easy to operate.
6. All parts which is contacted with material is made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure the sanitation and reliability of the product.
7. Adopt air cylinder bag clamping mechanism to make the inner bag cutting and sealing more straight and beautiful.
8. Ultrasonic sealing is suitable for cutting all non-woven packaging materials, and the cutting success rate is close to 100%.
