1. Main Structure and General Information:
(1) The machine is applicable for A.B.C.AB flute 3/5-Ply corrugated cardboards.
(2) Reduce the man-force dependency, replace the stitching work.
(3) Gluing evenly without flowing, easy to dry and clean.
(4) The boxes glued out the pasting place is fastness, neat, and clean.
(5) No need too much man labor, but with high efficiency, 2 people required for lifting the boards, 2 people for bundling, 2 people required for transferring the goods. More than 100,000 pcs can be finished within 8 hours.
(6) Applicable for the export and eco-packaging, such as the high quality boxes including: beverage, beer, instant noodle, and tiles boxes etc.
(7) The machine composes of Feeding, Gluing, Folding, Flapping/Correction, Counter Ejecting, Automatic Stripping (Optional Parts) and Electric System total 7 sections.
2. Feeding Section:
(1) With belt lead edge vacuum suction feeding system can feed smoothly and precisely.
(2) High quality electromagnetic clutch and brake system adopted for independent control the feeding section, it’s easy and stable to operate.
(3) The creasing wheels up-down adjustment can be done according to the cardboard thickness from 2-8mm.
(4) It’s connected with the folding section, frequency controlling the speed adjustment, the speed is from 0-130m/min.
(5) The front baffles and feeding belts can be adjusted to left or right.
3. Gluing Section:
(1) The gluing width is 20-25mm, it’s bottom gluing.
(2) Gluing section can be adjusted to left or right according to the cardboard size through with the lead screw roller controlled by motor.
(3) The stainless steel wheel adopted for gluing, can glue evenly, no faults and saving the glue.
(4) The glue quantity can be set according to adjust the gap between glue block and gluing wheels, can save the glue.
4. Folding Section:
(1) Main motor is frequency controlled to adjust the speed. It’s no noise, speed adjustment is flexible and stable.
(2) The imported high frication belts adopted for transferring the cardboards and automatic folding.
(3) The carton boxes forming device assembled at the folding section.
(4) Two rows of inside positioning guiding wheel system are adopted at the folding section for carton boxes precise forming.
(5) The folding speed is 0-130m/min
(6) The left/right sides folding arms are adjusted by motor.
5. Correcting and Counting Ejector:
(1) Conveying the boxes to the correction/flap section with the overlap stacking, the speed can be adjusted according to the main machine speed.
(2) The stepless variator assembled at the pressing/flapping section for speed up the upper belt when the fishing tail problem happened to reduce its error.
(3) PLC and touch screen digitally controller adopted, easy to operate, it’s stable and no need to stop the machine for inputting the datum, auto counting, stacking and ejecting in order.
(4) The main motor of counting ejector the speed is frequency adjusted, running smooth and stable.
(5) The belts used for conveying the boxes, stacking neatly and stacking speed is 0-130m/min
(6) The flapping baffles are used for correcting the boxes, the deviation is very small.
(7) Pneumatic counting and ejecting, PLC point control, it’s very stable, correct and fast.
(8) Bottom conveying belts and upper pressure belts synchronously pressing system adopted for the conveying section, to ensure the finished boxes glued fastness, neatly and ejected in order, the stacking height is 8-25 pcs.
6. Auto Bundling Section:
(1) Manual lifting the boxes to the auto stripping machine for auto bundling.
(2) bundling processes, can be done the crossing-type or two lines-type by pneumatic control, four sides correction and pressing stripping function (Optional).
