LQ-HBJ-D800/1200GS paper carton erecting machine is an ideal choice to produce hamburger boxes, chips boxes, take away box etc. It adopts micro-computer, PLC, servo feeding, alternating current frequency converter, the vacuum-sucking, auto gluing, automatic paper tape counting, chain drive. New Characteristic in structure
1. Full servo motor machine:
Four parts is controlled by servo motors for providing machine running fast and stable.
1) Servo motor on the paper feeding:
The paper feeding works continuously and stable, improve the work efficiency
The delivery length can be controlled by PLC.
2) Servo motor on the paper convey to be dropped down
3) Servo motor on the main motor :
The servo motor directly drives the belt, linear motion, reducing failure.
4) Servo motor on the box forming part
It can adjust the mold delivery distance by PLC, save the mold change time,and easy operation.
2.Hidden Electrical box
The design save the customer's delivery cost, and reduce the workshop space occupied
3.New sloping pathway:
Paper feeding in fast speed will be too rush to make the paper out of the pathway, so we make the sloping pathway to prevent the paper forward inetance.
4.Paper feeeding
It adopt the narrow and rough belt instead of wide belt, to increase the force of friction; the rotating wheel to assist the belt feeding continuously instead of the fix structure.
5. Touch screen
6. It adopt the IOT technology,we can update the machine program through internet,it is more Convenient for our technique service support.

1)The life is longer than old design spring knife.
