LQ PY HS SERIES is an ideal and professional machine in die-cutting，creasing，embossing and stripping for roll paper. It applies to paper cup, paper box, medical package, wine package, food package and other environmental protection products. It adopts micro-computer, HMI, servo positioning, alternating current frequency converter, automatic counting, photoelectric rectifying, and pneumatic lock cutting plate, electromagnetic clutch, centralized oil lubrication, overload protection and distinctive gearing. All of these is the guarantee of steady pressure, precise positioning, smooth running, safety and reliability operation.
Working Process:
1. Unwinding-Paper feeding-Die cutting & creasing
2.Sheeting-Stacking & Delivering-Stripping
3.Discharging waste -Product delivering-Collecting
Machine advantages:
1. For this model the normal working speed is 100-150times per minute. It has the ability to die-cutting, creasing,sheeting, stripping and collecting, The whole machine is equipped with full servo systems, with high productivity and can save labor costs.
2. Worm wheel and worm transmission system ensures the powerful and steady pressure.Lubricating with oil circulation and alarming when lack of oil, improve equipment reliability.
3. Equipped shaftless unwinding unit for optional. It adapts 3-12 inches paper core, expand the use of materials. Use the pneumatic brake and auto tension controller which create a easier operation .
4.Add new type paper feeding balance regulator to adjust he minor unbalance situation, can feed paper smoothly and it’s a way to make machine suitable for different thickness of paper.
5. The machine is equipped with two paper cutting modes, step （length） can be set for die-cutting of white paper, and Panasonic sensor detects the color mark precisely when cutting the printed roll paper,guarantee the product quality.
6. The outside oil circuit adds a filter to clean and cooling the lubrication oil and a flow switch to monitor lacking oil. Inside automatic lubrication and detection, convenient for the maintenance , extend the machine life.
7. With automatic collecting，guarantee the continuous work of the machine, buoyancy table transport with air cushion convey，guarantee the stable conveying of paper. In this part, the main body of the machine can be separated to two parts, the main part can be reserved for ordinary die-cutting machine, so that one machine can be used for two purposes, creating more possibilities for work.
8. For the stripping-separating part use full-part mold, When the number of die-cut columns is the same, no need change mold for similar sizes of products,easy for operation，save the production and adjusting time.
