A. Paper feeding and gluing part
1. Feeder servo automatic paper feeding. (You can freely adjust the parameters of each functional position according to the product characteristics to adapt to more product types)
B. Part of the paper feeding conveyor belt
1. High-strength monochromatic PU conveyor belt. (Compared to the rubber belt, it can achieve smaller deformation and easier to wipe, and can replace the black and white double color belt according to customer needs).
2.Rear-drive servo drive. (Achieve more stable belt operation and longer service life)
3.Equipped with waste collection roller. (The back end of the equipment is equipped with a waste collection roller to provide convenience for customer on-site maintenance).
C.Box visual positioning part
1. Absolute carton positioning device. (The double-cylinder positioning carton ensures that each carton is in a uniform position, and it has an unparalleled advantage compared to the structure that needs to be positioned by the relative friction between the carton and the belt).
2.Japanese YAMAHA manipulator and dual 500W industrial cameras. (Compared with a single camera with a large field of view, it has better positioning accuracy, and a high-power SCARA achieves faster speed and accuracy).
3.Motorized camera adjustment device. (Equipped with roller screws to achieve more precise camera position adjustment with self-locking function to place the camera moving due to equipment movement)
D. Automatic forming part
1. Automatic box holding device. (Elevate the paper box and the surface paper by 15mm to reduce the friction between the surface paper and the conveyor belt and cause product loss)
2. Blocking alarm device. (Automatic discharge and feed detection to avoid damage to accessories due to material blockage)
