Introduction
AYFM-1100 automatic vertical high-speed laminating machine is the standard configuration of vertical machine series, designed for water-based glue, can also use oil-based glue and pre-coated film, one machine for three purposes, high degree of automation, fast laminating speed, high precision, electrical system adopts programmable centralized control, human-computer interaction touch screen is simple and easy to use.

1. Automatic high-speed tiling head: the machine adopts automatic high-speed printing tiling head, the maximum speed can reach 100m/min, paper feeding servo control, with non-stop pre-stacking paper system, greatly improving production efficiency.
2. High-precision lap control: the servo control is synchronized with Feida, and the lap accuracy is controlled within ±2mm, with high-precision front gauge and pull gauge to ensure the accuracy of paper feeding.
3. Automatic shutdown protection system: equipped with automatic control shutdown protection system, when there is breakage, paper shortage, paper overlap, the system automatically stops to protect the machine.
4. Heating and drying system: 920mm diameter large heating roller, with the oven thermal circulation system, can achieve high-speed start and heating within 10–15 minutes, the heating speed is more than twice that of the traditional oil heating device, and the heat circulation can save a lot of energy consumption.
5. Heating and bonding system: large heating roller with a diameter of 400mm, coupled with an electromagnetic heating system, can achieve heating within 5 minutes, with stronger environmental protection and energy-saving capabilities.
6. Automatic hydraulic system: the hydraulic system automatically provides a stable large pressure to ensure the quality of the lamination.
7. Human-computer interaction system: using 10-inch color touch screen, easy to operate. The operator can check the working status of the machine from the touch screen at any time.
8. Expansion shaft and tension control system: using the inflation shaft, it is easy to load the film, and the film is precisely positioned by the scale of the inflation axis. At the same time, the intelligent tension adjustment system is easy to control the tension of the film and improve the lamination effect.
9. High-precision slitting system: equipped with disc knife, supplemented by pneumatic pull-off device, servo control, fast cutting speed, can perfectly cut BOPP or OPP film without tail film.
10. Anti-curving mechanism: using thin paper flattening anti-curvature mechanism and wave paper feeding mechanism, specially designed for thin paper to prevent paper curling.
11. Automatic paper taker: equipped with infrared sensor, can automatically count the paper, three-way high-speed paper shingling can achieve non-stop paper harvesting, greatly improving production efficiency.
12. Automatic lifting platform: automatic control lifting platform, safe and stable, equipped with safety fall device under the table, when the table falls and encounters obstacles it stops falling, ensuring safety and saving manpower.

Pre-sales Service
We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.
In-sales Service
The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.
After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
