LQ-JD450/15D Adhesive Binding Line is self-developed and self-designed based on the requirements from domestic customers by introducing entirely new ideas and learning from foreign advanced technologies. lt is composed of roller sheet collator, automatic waste-discharge mechanism, LQ-BT50/15D Adhesive Binding & Covering Machine and book-outgoing mechanism, integrating the advantages of both adhesive binding line and traditional adhesive binding machine. lt can complete sheet collating, book covering and glue binding in one lump, and is ideal automatic binding equipment for medium-sized printing and binding enterprises.
Digital display is used for the adjustment of side gluing wheel, miling and covering of this binding line, making the adjustment convenient and accurate, its covering adopts vertical structure, the indentation wheel has the function of fine tuning without stopping, and the horizontal book-collecting mechanism better protects book back shaping. This line has functions of detecting thickness, missing sheets and excessive sheets as well as automatic waste discharge & eliminating, with reliable and stable performance and maximum speed up to 4500 copies/hour. The whole driving system adopts totally enclosed gear drive, ensuring high precision and stable driving. Additionally, this binding line is designed according to international safety standards and employs advanced technologies including freguency conversion motor PLC programmable controller, photoelectric controller, touch screen operation and so on.

Pre-sales Service
We provide all information and materials of our products to the valuable customers and partners so as to support their business and development. We also will give a preferential price for the first few machines, the samples for the printing, packaging and consumables are available, but the freight should be borne by the customers and partners.
In-sales Service
The delivery time of the ordinary equipment is generally 30-45 days after receipt of deposit. The delivery time of the special or large scale equipment is generally 60-90 days after receipt of the payment.
After-sales Service
The quality guarantee period of the product is 13 months after leaving the Chinese port. We can provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.
If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including the costs of spare parts and freight charges etc. During the warranty period, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide all repair or replacement free of charge.
