LQ-320 flat bed die cutting Machine

The machine adopts accurate flatten die-cutting system, material towing controlled by servo motor, web-guiding by three photoelectric eyes. Die cutting, waste rewinding and finished-material rewinding are finished in one process. It is suitable for die cutting of adhesive paper, Dacron label and laser hologram mark, This is the ideal association equipment for the flexo printing machine, silk screen printing machine, gravure printing machine and hologram mark printing machine, and it’s the most efficient machine for printing house.

This machine adopts the lastest of the Mitsubishi Control System from Japan, Schneider low-voltage electrical apparatus from France. This machine runs the paper material with uniform speed, and adopts auto tension which is very stability. With the high degree of automation, the speed can up to 140m/min , the pressure is stable when the speed is low or fast, can install slitting device , hot stamping or cold foiling ,sheeting and other matching functions
