Introduction:
This production line is useful for decoiling, leveling, high precision cutting and stacker the different sizes of tinplate coil, to shape the flat sheet in required length, which is the necessary equipment in can printing, can industry and the color printed plates for galvanized plates and tinplates.
The production line is mainly composed of decoiling, roller conveying, cutting, belt conveying, stacker, electric control cabinet etc. The electric control incorporates the imported PLC system and AC servo system, featured with high precise cutting high production efficiency. In addition, a counter function is provided, too.
This production line may operate in half-auto mode or full-auto mode for decoiling and leveling and cutting.
