YT46F-40 laser tube cutting machine is mainly for cutting various die board in color print industry, electronic products, and other light industry, sheet metal industry such as carbon steel, sheet, stainless steel sheet, aluminum alloy sheet; acrylic material, plastic material, and another non-metal sheet.

With stable body structure design, flexible working function, professional CNC control system, the cutting efficiency and quality has more advantages over traditional cutting method. This machine satisfies the die making factory, carton factory and other package& printing factory who need to make flat dies.

4. Function and Feature:

1.Gantry structure with fixed cutting head, stable working, small floor space required for machine.

2.Adopt domestic most advanced 400W CO2 sealing type water-cooled laser tube, combined with good precision of CNC control mechanical systems. It can reach cutting die manufacturing precision and at the same time greatly reduce the production cost. Suitable for wooden cutting die and precision electronic cutting die production.

3.Using fixed optical path structure, to avoid the high-power cutting size problem because of the optical path deviation.

4.Unique smoke exhausts design; create a good working environment for you. Using the most advanced laser tube in China and no need to add any auxiliary gas when cutting, laser cutting die consumption is extremely low. Only 220v external power source is needed and making low cost. There is no need to wait long time for start and running the machine.

5.Can one-time cutting 15mm-23mm plywood, PVC board, organic glass. The cutting line width can be 0.45mm, 0.71mm, 1.05mm.

6.Simple and clear-cutting line adjustment technology. Cutting software can be compatible with AutoCAD. CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop. Editing path is very easy and convenient.

8.The laser head is controlled by high-precision servo system and induction system, height of laser head adjusts automatically with the surface of the plywood.

9.Auto focus system to make sure height of laser head adjusts automatically with the surface of the plywood.

10.Anti-collision function: If designer forgets to make bridge or the operator misuse machine, laser head will automatically stop and alarm to prevent laser head from damaging.
