1. The cartoning machine is designed intermittently and controlled by PLC. Its structure is simple and easy to maintain. The machine automatically completes the following processes: feeding box, open box, folding instructions, packing (instructions) and sealing.

2. The whole machine has high packing speed, low mechanical wear, high output and low mechanical running speed.

3. This machine adopts VT4.4 vacuum pump (Germany BECKER), automatic vacuum box taking, large angle box opening, to ensure the accuracy of box opening.

4.Adopt German GUK manual automatic folding system and transmission device (optional).

5.The manual adopts the wheel-type box-entry system controlled by PLC, which avoids the sliding of the manual caused by the asynchronism of the traditional box-entry mechanism. The system can also realize the adjustment of the folding length of the manual box-entry.

6. The carton-loading system operates intermittently and has the function of pushing overload protection to protect the safe carton-loading of products and instructions.

7. It is more convenient to adjust and maintain the machine. Various ways of closing boxes and other devices can be selected. Replacement of cartons of different sizes does not need to change the mould, just adjust the positioning according to the size of the box.

8.There are enough strength and stiffness between the frame and the plate. The frame is equipped with the main drive motor and clutch brake of the machine. The plate is equipped with various transmission systems. Torque overload protector can realize the separation of the main drive motor and the transmission parts under the condition of overload, so as to protect the machine parts from damage.

9. Safety:

Cardboard-free boxes: no boxes; automatic shutdown and sound alarm.

No instructions: empty box is removed and sound alarm is issued.

No products: cartons and instructions waiting and sound alarm.

10. Equipped with a steel typewriter system, it can also be accessed to the jet printer for collaborative completion.
