Functions
1. Production description: totally 3 layers can be laminated, the facer and
linear could be P/S label and/or paper while put glue on it inline.
2.Web-guide: independent guide control for different layers.
3.Inlay cut: cut Inlay in pieces
4.Gluing system: 1 glue tank with 2 heads which can control them
independently including the quantity of the glue, the heads can suck the glue
back if the machine stop.
5.Die cutting function: every die cutting module can be controlled individually.
6.Final label detecting: final product can be detected and put mark on the bad
ones.(optional)
7.Final product collecting: rewinder to roll(s).
8.Facer and Linear registration: the machine can trace the mark on the layers
and register them automatically.
9.Inlay registration: the machine can trace the marks on Inlay and layers, cut
the Inlay in the right position and transfer it to the position it should be
automatically; Inlay can also be transferred according to the setup and put
them equidistantly if there are no marks on the layers.
10.Control data/parameters: verify data/parameters can be download form
control panel.
11.Equipment maintenance: all the functions to be controlled and debug
individually, while the I/O monitor them separately.

6.Gluing system: 1 preheating tank with 2 glue heads, variable frequency drive
motor can control the glue quantity with a metering pump and the tolerance is
±5%, 8.8kw power.

8. Final product detecting: detect the final product and put mark on the label
with bad Inlay.(optional)
9.Rewinders: for final products, P/S label linear or waste-rewind.
