Top corrugated paper and bottom corrugated paper move ahead synchronously. One side of corrugated paper is positioned by side lay and the other side is positioned by spring lays which means when the other side hits the spring lays, the paper will be bounced back to make it close to the side lay. The front movement is pushed by pusher. After gluing of bottom corrugated paper and press with the top corrugated paper , the multi-layer bottom paper could be formed. Then the multi-layer bottom paper will go to gluing unit and laminated with cardboard paper. After pressing, the multi-layer laminated paper could be finished.
The registration for the cardboard and corrugated board is carried out by the harmonic gear.
Meanwhile, the machine not only could do the lamination of multi-layer corrugated paper with cardboard paper, but also could do the lamination of single layer with card board to realize many kinds of lamination such as 1+2,3+2,1+2+2, 3+2+2.
