II.Features of the machine
The feeding unit is equipped with a pre-piling device to increase the production efficiency. It can be also equipped with a plate for paper pile directly pushing.
High strength feeder uses 4 lifting suckers and 5 forwarding suckers to ensure smooth running with no missing of sheet even at high speed.
The positioning device uses several groups of sensor to sense the relative position of the running corrugated board so that the left and right servo motor used for the top paper can drive independently to align top paper with corrugated paper accurately, speedily and smoothly.
The electric control system with touch screen and PLC program monitors automatically the working condition and facilitate trouble shooting. The electric design conforms to the CE standard.
Gluing unit uses high precise coating roller, together with specially designed metering roller enhances the evenness of gluing.The unique gluing roller with glue stopping device and automatic glue level control system guarantees backflow with no overflow of glue.
Machine body are processed by CNC lathe in one process, which ensures the precise of every positions. Toothed belts for transferring guarantees smooth running with low noise. Motors and the spares uses Chinese famous brand with high efficiency, less trouble and long service life.
Corrugated board feeding unit adopts powerful servo motor control system with the features of high sensitivity and fast speed. The suction unit uses high-pressure blower,SMC high- flow control valve as well as unique dust collection filter box, which enhances suction force for different corrugated paper, ensuring smooth running with no double or more sheets, no missing of sheets.
When order is changed, the operator can change the order easily by only input the paper size, all the side lay adjustment can be finished automatically. The side lay adjustment also can be separately controlled with hand wheel.
The pressure of the rollers are adjusted synchronously by one hand wheel, easy to operate with even pressure, which ensures the flute not to be damaged.
Motion Control System: This machine adopts perfect combination of motion control system and servo system for better lamination precision.
III. Features by part:
1. Feeding part
●The machine body is made by a complete steel plate with an opening in the middlel for easy operation and observing the working condition.
●The powerful feeder has four lifting suckers and five forwarding suckers, which can be adjusted front and back electrically.
Top paper transmission part
●The imported trapezoid paper pressing belts enhence the stability of paper feeding.
●The whole process of top paper transmission is pressed and transferred by round belt smoothly and stably.
Positioning part
4.Bottom paper feeding part
●The longthened (1435mm) Japanese NITTA brand suction belt works with the paper supporting shaft, which is suitable for various kinds of curved paperboard.
●The bottom paper part adopts a high-pressure blower and a high-precision servo reversing valve to realize the ON/OFF of the air path. At the same time, the pressure relief function is added to ensure the high precision of the product and increase the life of the belt. Compared with imported flow valves on the market, the failure rate is low and the service life is long.
5.Pressure adjusting for the laminating part
●The pressure of the rollers are adjusted synchronously by one hand wheel, easy to operate and easy for order changing.
●Synchronous adjustment of pressure is carried out by adjusting hand wheel A to drive turbine 01, at the same time toothed belt 02 transmit power to worm gear 03.
6.Gluing system
● Using stainless steel gear pump, glue circulates automatically.
7.Side lay adjustment
●When order changing, only input the paper size, all the side lay adjustment can be finished automatically. The transmission of the side lay adopts synchronous belt with low noise.
●The adjusting screw rod works with the alloy copper nuts,which is easy for rotating.
●The shaft end is equipped with a digital position display. The spindle pitch and screw pitch correspond to the real-time position of the side lay.
8.Driving system
●Using Japanese Yaskawa servo motor for bottom paper driving with high sensitivity and fast speed.
●The main motor adopts Siemens brand with strong power and high stability.
9.Transmission structure
●The machine adopts synchronous belt transmission, low noise and high transmission precision.
●Taiwan Beiyi Electromagnetic Clutch is used for the transmission part of the top paper transmitting bridge with rapid action, high transmission efficiency and long service life.
10.Press conveyor
●The press conveyor is designed as low front and high back slope, and it does not need to be heightened when using the paper pile stacker.
● It is equipped with casters and rails, which can be pushed back and forth to facilitate cleaning and maintenance of the main part.
● The upper pressing belt can be electrically adjusted front and back, which is convenient and fast to operate; the belt is equipped with carpet, which has better pressing effect, less damage to the paper, and high strength of the laminated board.
● The upper belt can be lifted to a large height, which can provide a higher paper stacking space, and the laminating effect is better, which ensures that the machine runs stably at high speed without paper jamming.
11.Operation system
●Using man-machine interface and PLC program light signal display, it can automatically detect the operation status and abnormal display, comply with CE standards.
