Feeding Unit

2.The primary paper feeding device add the variable frequency stabilization system, which make the paper pile’s up and down more stable, and can effectivelyavoid the double sheet.
3.Equipped with the most advanced feeder, convenient for adjusting. And equipped with the BECKER pump, which makes the whole paper feeding systemrun more stable.
4.Add ultrasonic double sheet detection device to realize mechanical and ultrasonic double checking.
Die-cutting and Foil- Stamping Unit
1.Equipped with the SIEMENS 18.5kw main motor and SIEMENS frequency converter, transmitted torque is big and response is fast. Equipped with YUYIN special worm shaft and worm gear drive, lubrication system, equipped with optimized ultra long pressure maintaining platform structure, machine pressure is stable and can easily complete the embossing process.
2.The steel plate is equipped with the longitudinal and lateral micro adjusting device, equipped with the center positioning 5mm hard plate or 5+1mm sandwich plate, ±0.9mm longitudinal and lateral micro adjusting device, which makes the plate adjusting more convenient and fast, shorten the plate changing time, improving the production efficiency.
3.The gripper chain adopts the customized chain, whose tensile strength is increased by 80%, which makes the working precision more stable and durable.
4.The front lay and side lay adjusting device adopt electronic hand wheel system, which makes the adjusting more convenient and accurate.
5.The gripper bar adopts the rotary gripper opening structure, ensuring high-speed running time more stable. The gripper deformation is small during the gripper opening process, making the production accuracy more stable and reliable.
6.The transmission of intermittent mechanism is changed from synchronous belt to gearbox structure, which makes the transmission more stable and suitable for high speed running.
7.Longitudinal waste foil rewinding can realize both inner and outer rewinding structure, which makes the longitudinal foil running more convenient, which effectively improves the stability of foil running and processing efficiency.
8.The foil-stamping system is controlled by motion controller, combined with advanced automatic step skipping algorithm, which greatly save the stamping foil. 12pcs of high-power heating zone adopt advanced PID algorithm, the temperature of each heating zone can be adjusted and switch off separately. During small format foil stamping job, can switch off the unused heating zone to reduce energy consumption.
