TYM1300-H automatic foil stamping and die-cutting machine is mainly used for the die-cutting, creasing, foil stamping, cold and hot embossing of cigarette box, drug box, wine box and label in the packing and decorating industries. This kind of machine is a new generation of foil stamping series on the basis of TYM1020-H, it’s incorporated with fully automatic feeding, die-cutting, stamping, delivering foil, delivering sheet, up-press, down-press, leap step, counting, heating, pre-heating, obstacle indicating, checking and measuring. It has the features of large range of paper processing, easy operating, reliability, high speed, press and precision.
●First time show the big size Automatic foil-stamping and die-cutting machine. Equipped with 4pcs longitudinal foil shaft and 3pcs lateral foil shaft, which make the step setting more flexible for the big size foil stamping.
●Max. foil-stamping size can be 1290x950mm.
●The optimized design of moving platform extends the pressure holding time for the stamping by 80%, and the pressure reaches up to 500tons to complete large size foil-stamping easily.
●The wallboard is made of 80mm thickness cast iron with reinforced bar design, which makes the equipment able to bear the heavy pressure.
●The four arm is with 120mm wide and the diameter of worm shaft is 480mm, which make the pressure more stable.
●The four corners of the platform adopt the balanced booster structure to make the movement of the platform more stable.
●Using computer automatic calculation, the foil-stamping operation is more convenient, the utilization rate of foil is greatly increased.
●The foil stamping heating area adopts 20 heating zones to make the heating more uniform. each temperature zone has a separate closing function to make the small format foil stamping more energy saving and lower operating costs.
●The die-cutting steel plate is made of imported 5mm material, equipped with the steel plate floating device makes the pulling of steel plate more convenient.
●The gripper is made of high quality aviation aluminum and with aging treatment to ensure the gripper do not change shape during the high-speed running. each gripper bar is equipped with 11pcs grippers is better for the thin paper foil stamping.
●The main drive adopts the imported synchronous belt with the imported large center interval mechanism to make the high speed running of the gripper bar more stable. the gripper bar chain adopts the British customized special chain to raise the tensile strength 75% more than the traditional chain, so that the foil stamping precision is more stable and lasting.
●The front lay adjusting adopts electronic hand wheel structure to make it more safe, convenient and reliable.
●The side lay fine tuning first time adopts electronic hand wheel structure to make it more safe, convenient and reliable.
●The delivery part add the structure of the paper receiving fan, and air pressure can be adjusted separately. Matching with the air blowing, which makes the thin paper can be collected orderly at high speed.
