Antenna engraving equipment LQ-MD CS350 is an equipment for producing UHF aluminum antenna on pet. The roll to roll production mode inputs two layers of materials, the bottom layer is pet strip and the top layer is aluminum strip. In the main cutting procedure, the milling wheel removes the excess aluminum from the strip, the rest forms an antenna layout, and the milling head does not touch the pet strip. In order to flexibly adapt to the production of different antennas, the magnetic roller can be easily equipped with different knife dies. The integrated cleaning station with fixed brush head and suction nozzle can remove debris and dirt from antenna material and knife die. The next processing step is to detect the antenna quality.
The ungrounded UHF test system verifies the antenna performance through electrical performance test and ring simulation. The subsequent visual detection station detects all antennas and a specific antenna spacing. Unqualified antennas will be marked.
