This shrink wrapping machine is suitable for various kinds of products.it is assembled by 4 units :Automatic loading convey table;Automatic cutting and sealing unit;Heat circulating shrink tunnel ;Automatic unloading convey table.This composition has the advantage of high efficiency and low labor cost,it is an idea production for printing and packing industry.
Functions:
The shrink wrapping machine is assembled by 4 units: Automatic feeding convey table, Automatic sealing and cutting machine, Heat circulating shrink tunnel,Automatic collection convey table, it`s suitable for various kinds of products.the machine mechanical speed can reach 30 packs/minute.

3.Sealing and cutting part,integrated control by electric eye and timer, to adjust according the packages automatically .
There are 2 group electric eye,horizontal and vertical ,easy for change, to ensure cutting, sealing stable.
Teflon coating blade,continuous cutting with Constant temperature , cutting with good effect ,and no adhesion, continuous sealing, zero pollution.
Thermal cycle contraction tunnel.thermal control integration.The wind direction can be adjusted freely, double layer insulation curtain,to ensure energy saving, constant temperature, uniform heating.

1) The machine adopts Germany Schneider control system, Japan Mitsubishi,Panasonic servo motor driver, and Germany IFM,Japan Omron electric parts.
2)Sealing and cutting part combined controlled by electric eyes and timer,horizontal and vertical double sets of electric eyes for easy switching,can automatic adjust according to the length of packages.
