LQ-MD 440DTDL Digital Rotary Printing press consists of three paper feeding units, three groups of ink jet printing units, cutting single unit, high-platform delivery unit.
CONFIGURATION:
The paper feeding unit is controlled by home-made automatic tension system, automatic deviation correction system and 10KG magnetic powder.
Ink-jet printing unit can be printed on single-ply paper, and printed in three-ply or two-ply two-color r (black picture and text, red number) products, printing unit and slitting processing unit host, the three printing units are detailed in the “Three-joint printing configuration”.
The cutting and cutting unit and the high-platform
delivery unit adopt the traditional rotary machine mode and linkage with the printing unit.
Spray drying adopts hot air drying system, oven temperature can be automatically adjusted.
